Age Policy and Parent Notice

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services unless we explicitly offer a separate parent-authorized version or feature set.

We reserve the right to verify age and to suspend, limit, or delete accounts that do not satisfy our age requirements.

2. Under-13 users

If you choose to prohibit under-13 users entirely, state clearly in onboarding and in your store listings that the Services are not directed to children under 13 and that such users may not create accounts.

If you later launch a child-directed or mixed-audience experience, you must implement an updated COPPA-compliant notice and verifiable parental consent flow before collecting personal information from children under 13.

3. Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided information to us without authorization, contact privacy@peasantmade.games. We may request information sufficient to verify the request before taking action.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's physical activity and use of the Services where minors are allowed.
