Age Policy and Parent Notice

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services unless we explicitly offer a separate parent-authorized version or feature set.

We reserve the right to verify age and to suspend, limit, or delete accounts that do not satisfy our age requirements.

2. Under-13 users

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts. We say so in onboarding and in our store listings.

If we ever launch a child-directed or mixed-audience experience, we will publish an updated COPPA-compliant notice and put a verifiable parental consent flow in place before collecting personal information from children under 13.

3. Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided information to us without authorization, contact privacy@peasantmade.games. We may request information sufficient to verify the request before taking action.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's physical activity and use of the Services where minors are allowed.
