Community Guidelines and Enforcement

Product
RepForge
Effective
21 August 2026
Version
1.0

These rules apply across guilds, factions, chats, leaderboards, friend lists, profiles, support channels, events, meetups, raids, PvP, and any community space tied to RepForge.

1. Respect other players

Do not threaten, bully, stalk, dox, shame, sexually harass, or repeatedly target other users.

Do not use slurs, hateful conduct, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

2. Keep competition fair

Do not fake workout performance, forge screenshots or videos, spoof sensors, manipulate weights or timing evidence, coordinate boosting, throw matches, or abuse new accounts to climb rankings.

Do not exploit bugs or unreported loopholes for unfair gain.

3. No dangerous conduct

Do not pressure other users into unsafe exercise, overtraining, self-harm, illegal drug use, reckless stunts, or activity beyond their stated limitations.

Do not organize events in a way that hides risks, ignores venue rules, or misrepresents supervision.

4. Use appropriate names and content

Usernames, guild names, faction names, bios, profile images, and uploaded content must not be obscene, hateful, infringing, misleading, or impersonating.

Do not post pornography, sexual exploitation content, graphic violence outside permitted context, or illegal content.

5. Events and meetups

If you host or participate in a meetup or event, communicate clearly, comply with local law and venue rules, respect consent and boundaries, and avoid coercive or deceptive practices.

Use official event tools only as intended. Do not solicit payments off-platform where prohibited or use the game to facilitate scams.

6. Reports and investigations

Use the reporting tools honestly. False reports, retaliation, or abuse of moderation systems may result in action against your account.

We may remove content, mute users, restrict features, remove ranking status, suspend or ban accounts, and escalate serious threats to appropriate authorities where warranted.

Anti-Cheat, Fair Play, and Enforcement Policy

Competitive integrity is core to RepForge. This Policy explains how we define cheating, what data we may use to investigate it, and what actions we may take.

1. Prohibited conduct

Fabricating or falsifying workouts, repetitions, distance, pace, weight, time, heart-rate-adjacent signals, or any performance metric.

Spoofing GPS, accelerometer, motion, wearable, or connected-service data.

Submitting edited, staged, recycled, or misleading evidence.

Using bots, macros, scripts, emulators, rooted or modified clients, packet manipulation, unauthorized APIs, or memory tools to influence gameplay or evidence.

Boosting, win-trading, match-fixing, account sharing, smurfing to evade rank or enforcement, and coordinated leaderboard manipulation.

Abusing refund systems, chargebacks, promo codes, referral programs, or sponsor mechanics.

2. Investigation inputs

We may review user-submitted logs, manual entries, device telemetry, timing patterns, account link patterns, platform-integrity signals, fraud indicators, reports from other users, and evidence you voluntarily submit.

We may compare claimed results to system thresholds or plausibility models designed to identify impossible or highly improbable performances, while recognizing that elite performances may require human review.

3. Enforcement actions

Possible enforcement actions include warning, education notice, temporary restriction, matchmaking limitation, removal from leaderboards, reset of rewards or progress, confiscation of improperly obtained items or currency, event disqualification, suspension, or permanent ban.

We may apply enforcement immediately where we believe risk or abuse is serious.

4. Appeals

You may appeal certain enforcement actions through support@peasantmade.games or the in-app support process within the time window we specify.

Appeals should include any relevant explanation or evidence. Appeal rights do not guarantee reversal, and repeated abusive appeals may be disregarded.

5. Evidence retention

We may retain investigation records, account history, device or event logs, and enforcement notes as reasonably necessary for platform integrity, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Virtual Items, Payments, Refunds, and Event Terms

1. Digital item rules

Virtual items, currency, cosmetics, enchantments, event passes, and related digital content are limited licenses for in-Service use only and have no monetary value outside the Services unless required by law.

We may establish eligibility rules, cooldowns, limits, and restrictions around digital items, event rewards, and sponsor activations.

2. Billing

Purchases may be processed by mobile app stores or authorized payment processors such as Apple and Google (in-app purchases are not currently offered). Taxes may apply.

If the product is a subscription, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled under the platform or processor's rules. Renewal timing, pricing, and cancellation mechanics will be shown before purchase.

3. Refunds

Refunds are controlled by the applicable platform or processor unless the law requires otherwise. Where Apple or Google controls the transaction, users must request refunds through that platform.

We may, in our discretion or where required by law, issue credits or remedies for duplicate purchases, delivery failures, or confirmed unauthorized transactions.

4. Chargebacks and abuse

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or found fraudulent, we may suspend access to affected content, currency, or account features and may reverse benefits previously granted.

5. Event registrations

Real-world or hybrid events may have separate registration requirements, attendance caps, safety rules, waivers, venue policies, and refund rules.

Unless otherwise stated, event fees cover only the specific event entitlement and do not include travel, lodging, food, insurance, or third-party venue costs.

If an event is postponed, relocated, or canceled, remedies will be handled under the event-specific terms and applicable law.

6. Sponsors and branded content

Sponsors may provide branded rewards, promotions, or event activations. Sponsor participation does not make the sponsor responsible for core game operations unless expressly stated in writing.

If a sponsor requests information directly from you outside the Services, that interaction is governed by the sponsor's own terms and privacy practices.
