Peasant Made Games

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, and applicable platform rules, Peasant Made Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use RepForge on devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
The Services are licensed, not sold. Peasant Made Games and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and all related intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, lend, publicly perform, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, scrape, circumvent security measures, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly allowed by applicable law or written permission.
You may not use the Services to train or improve models, datasets, bots, cheats, or other automation without our express written consent.
You may not remove proprietary notices or misrepresent source or ownership.
We may provide updates, patches, hotfixes, content changes, anti-cheat updates, balancing changes, compatibility updates, or feature removals at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Services.
The Services may include third-party components governed by their own license terms. Where required, those terms will control for those specific components.
If you downloaded the app through Apple, Google, or another platform, you acknowledge that the platform is not responsible for the app's content, maintenance, or support except as required by its own terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms that apply to your use of the app.
This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and delete local copies except to the extent the app remains stored automatically by the platform.
This EULA incorporates the warranty disclaimer and limitation-of-liability provisions in the Terms of Service.
