IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY. THIS WAIVER AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. By checking the acceptance box, creating an account, or participating in any workout or activity through RepForge, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary participation

I am voluntarily choosing to participate in a game that may encourage or reward real-world physical activity, including but not limited to strength training, calisthenics, running, walking, cycling, mobility work, rowing, swimming, sport participation, timed intervals, endurance efforts, and event-based challenges.

I understand that I may stop participation at any time and that I should not continue any activity that feels unsafe or inappropriate for me.

2. No medical advice

I understand that RepForge is provided for entertainment and general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice, physical therapy, rehabilitation, emergency guidance, personal training, or a substitute for professional evaluation.

I understand that no in-game prompt, NPC instruction, workout card, raid requirement, PvP challenge, or event notice should be treated as individualized medical or coaching advice.

3. Health condition and readiness

I represent that I am solely responsible for determining whether I am fit and able to participate in any activity associated with the Services.

I understand that if I have any health condition, injury, surgery history, disability, pregnancy, medication issue, or other limitation that may affect exercise tolerance, I should consult an appropriate professional before participating.

4. Assumption of risk

I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to fatigue, dehydration, dizziness, muscle strain, sprains, falls, equipment misuse, cardiac or respiratory complications, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, severe injury, permanent disability, and death.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation, my use of connected equipment or third-party facilities, and my attendance at any event or meetup related to the Services.

5. My responsibility during use

I will exercise within my own limits and make my own decisions about whether to attempt a workout, challenge, mutator, boss fight, raid, travel objective, or event activity.

I will use proper form, suitable equipment, and a safe environment, and I will not participate while driving, impaired, ill, distracted in a hazardous setting, or otherwise unable to act safely.

I will stop immediately and seek appropriate assistance if I experience symptoms indicating that continuing may be unsafe.

6. Third-party facilities and events

If I choose to use a gym, home gym, outdoor route, pool, sports venue, sponsored activation, or community meetup in connection with the Services, I understand that Peasant Made Games does not control those environments and is not responsible for their condition, staff, equipment, supervision, or safety practices.

I understand that separate waivers, rules, or consents may apply to third-party venues or event hosts.

7. Release of claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Peasant Made Games, its affiliates, licensors, sponsors, event partners, contractors, service providers, and personnel from claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to my participation in physical activities connected to the Services, except to the extent such claims cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Indemnity for misuse

I agree that if my misuse of the Services, unsafe conduct, inaccurate representations, or violation of rules causes harm or legal exposure, I may be responsible to indemnify Peasant Made Games to the extent permitted by law.

9. Emergency and medical costs

I understand that Peasant Made Games does not provide medical personnel or insurance and is not responsible for medical evaluation, emergency response, ambulance costs, treatment costs, rehabilitation costs, or other expenses arising from my participation.

10. Media and evidence submissions

If I upload proof videos, photos, or other content to verify performance, I understand that such content may reveal physical activity and other personal information and will be processed under the Privacy Policy.

11. Severability and survival

If any part of this Waiver is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
