We may remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@peasantmade.games with: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward a valid complaint to the affected user and take down or disable the material where appropriate.
If your content is removed for alleged infringement and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a lawful counter-notice as permitted by applicable law. Add jurisdiction-specific language here if your counsel recommends a formal DMCA format.
User Content licenses are governed by the Terms of Service. This section is intended to reinforce that you keep ownership of what you lawfully own, while granting us the operational rights necessary to run the Services.
